What a porcelain veneer costs at the clinic
On our price list, a lithium disilicate veneer costs €320 per tooth. It’s the one people know as a porcelain veneer: a ceramic made in a laboratory that keeps its color over the years and usually requires removing a thin layer of enamel.
The other porcelain, feldspathic, is built up by hand, layer by layer, and can be made thinner. It has no row of its own on the price list, so if your case calls for it, we give you its fixed price at the first visit. Either way, the price is per tooth, and the total depends on how many teeth get a veneer.
What the price of each veneer includes
The price of a veneer covers all the work on that tooth, from the preparation until it’s bonded in place:
- Preparing the enamel under local anesthesia, reducing only the visible face and, whenever possible, staying within the enamel.
- Taking an impression of the tooth so the laboratory can make the veneer to fit it.
- The temporaries you wear in the meantime, so you never go a day without teeth.
- Fabrication in the laboratory, tooth by tooth, on the model.
- The try-in before bonding, to check the color and the fit, and then the cementation.
The written quote spells out what the price covers in your case, with one line per tooth.
What the price depends on
The price per tooth doesn’t change; what varies from one case to another is how many teeth and which material. This is what weighs on the total:
- How many teeth get a veneer. Porcelain is usually chosen when several front teeth are treated, and each one adds its own price.
- Which porcelain your tooth needs. Lithium disilicate is used when the tooth takes bite force, is weakened or a color has to be covered; feldspathic, when there is enough enamel and no heavy bruxism.
- Whether porcelain is the right choice. With a very deep bite, or heavy bruxism without a night guard, it isn’t recommended. If your mouth has to withstand heavy force, zirconia is considered; if you want something reversible, composite, at €70 per tooth.
What isn’t included and what it costs
Anything that isn’t the veneer goes on the same quote, each item with its own row from the price list:
- Smile design: €260. It’s the simulation with photos and a scan that is tried in your mouth in resin before any tooth is touched.
- Teeth whitening with a cleaning: €250, if you want to lighten the teeth that won’t get a veneer first. The color of the veneer is chosen afterward.
- Night guard: €260, if you clench your teeth. It’s made for wearing at night once the veneers are in.
- Dental cleaning or a filling: €30 and €40, if there’s tartar or a cavity to take care of first.
If the tooth is badly damaged and has to be covered completely, what goes on it isn’t a veneer but a porcelain or zirconia crown, which costs €270.
How many appointments it takes and how long
A porcelain veneer is made over several appointments. First comes the study with photos, video and a scan, which produces the design that is tried in your mouth without touching the tooth. Once you approve it, the enamel is prepared, the impression is taken and you leave with temporaries.
Working from the model, the laboratory makes your veneers, and at the next appointment they are tried in, bonded and your bite is checked. The whole process takes a few weeks, and after each appointment you can go on with your day. If you have a wedding or a trip coming up, tell us at the study so we can fit the appointments around it.

Should I get veneers or crowns?

Is smile design included in the price of veneers?
It has its own row on the price list: €260. It lets you see the design in your mouth before any tooth is shaped, and the fixed quote for your veneers, tooth by tooth, comes out of it.
